Delivery & Returns


FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS.  All parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd class recorded which takes 3 working days from despatch.  Orders will be despatch between 1 - 3 working days from the date of order, please note made to order styles may take a little longer but you will be notified by email if this is the case. Free delivery applies to Uk Mainland only and up to a maximum of 2 pairs of footwear. More than 2 pairs of shoes will be charged at £4.95 per additional pair to cover shipping costs.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY £4.95, 2 - 3 WORKING DAYS.  All Parcels are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.  We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day.

Please ensure there is someone available to receive the parcel as our packages are too large for a letterbox.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY £15, 5 - 10 WORKING DAYS.  We ship to most desinations in Europe, America and selected countries in the rest of the world.  Please note we use Royal Mail Airsure who do exclude certain counties from their service.  Please check the Royal Mail website for full details of up to date exclusions.

International shipping times are as follows:

  • two working days after posting to Western Europe
  • four working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
  • six working days after posting to the Rest of the World.


You can return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange excluding any delivery charges.  Goods received outside of the 14 day period cannot be returned.  Please note that international orders will be charged our standrd international shipping rate of £15 for any exchanges.

(This excludes bespoke portraits/stationary and in the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose)

Please send all returns to, Be.Loved Bridal, Returns Department, 13 Red Hall Avenue, Leeds, LS17 8NQ.

Please include your invoice in the return parcel otherwise we cannot identify your order for a refund/exchange.

The return postage cost is to be covered by you the customer.  Any issues during return transit are not the responsibility of Be.loved Bridal, these issues are to be resolved between the customer and the courier. We recommend returns should be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service as this is traceable.
