Royal Mail -FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £50 or £3.95 for UK delivery on any orders under £50.  All parcels are sent 2nd class recorded.

Dispatch is between 3 - 7 working days, if you require your item sooner than this then pls contact Be.loved Bridal by email on info@belovedbridal.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Please ensure there is someone available to receive the parcel as our packages are too large for a letterbox.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange excluding any delivery charges.  Goods received outside of the 14 day period will be offered a store credit.
Please email info@belovedbridal.co.uk to inform us of the item you wish to return prior to sending.  Please send all returns to:

Be.Loved Bridal, Returns Department, 13 Red Hall Avenue, Leeds, LS17 8NQ.

The return postage cost is to be covered by you the customer.

Any issues during return transit are not the responsibility of Be.loved Bridal, these issues are to be resolved between the customer and the courier. We recommend returns should be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service as this is traceable.
